Mogens Skipper-Pedersen

Mogens Skipper-Pedersen has more than 33 years of experience as a partner and attorney-at-law at Kromann Reumert.

As a partner in Copenhagen Chambers, Mogens Skipper-Pedersen has served as chairman, sole arbitrator and on arbitration panels in more than 50 arbitration cases governed by the rules of Voldgiftsinstituttet (Danish Arbitration), Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, ICC Arbitration, LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) and UNCITRAL. In addition he has acted as chairman in Scandinavian and international arbitrations on an ad hoc basis.

During the financial crisis he was asked to examine the reasons for the collapses and the legal basis for possible lawsuits against the boards, managements and auditors of 5 collapsed banks: Roskilde Bank, EBH-Bank, Løkken Sparekasse, Fiona Bank and Gudme Raaskov Bank.
